This Unworn Patek Philippe Flyback Chronograph Annual Calendar (Ref. 5905/1A-001) is a rare steel Complications model with a resolutely sporty yet elegant aesthetic.
The 42mm stainless steel case, paired with an integrated steel bracelet featuring contrasting polished and satin finishes, frames a rhythmic sunburst olive green dial.
It is powered by the self-winding Caliber CH 28-520 QA 24H, which combines a flyback chronograph and Patek Philippe's patented Annual Calendar. The calendar displays day, date, and month in apertures at the top of the dial, requiring only one correction annually on March 1st. The chronograph features a central sweep hand (which can also function as running seconds) and a discreet 60-minute counter at 6 o'clock, which includes a day/night indication. The movement has a minimum power reserve of 45 hours and a maximum of 55 hours. The watch is water-resistant to 30 meters and has a sapphire crystal case back.
